83 Ikena Kai Place

A fine example of Maui Modern, this custom house was designed by Hunton Conrad and incorporates the site and views into a uniquely local modern form.  Nods to Frank Lloyd Wright are evident in the detail work.  Warm woods and a stretching horizontal aspect of the house set it nicely into its elongated Omaopio land context.  And then of course there's that pool!
